What is it?
Psychotherapy refers to a specific kind of psychological intervention that helps individuals recover from a wide variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties.
Through dialogue, and various techniques, the individual explores their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in-depth, gains a better understanding of themselves and, with the therapist's guidance, works towards their desired change.
I use an integrative approach to counseling and therapy which draws on different therapeutic modalities and I tailor the treatment according to each client's individualized needs.
